We Are In Your Hands

This is the NCYM 2018 logo. (www.ncym.org)

This song was written at the 2018 NCYM conference in Atlanta, GA. Complete submission to our Lord is the desire of my heart as it is for many others. Maybe these words might encourage you and voice what is in your heart as well. Thanks to my wonderful NCYM covenant group who lovingly learned this song and sang along with me.

Peace today, my friend.

Chord Sheet

Before time was measured
Before the world began
You were living
You had a plan
Creation through your Word
Life at your command
We are in your hands
We are in your hands
Whatever you command
We are in your hands

Servant of servants
Our debts you have paid
You claimed no advantage
And you humbly obeyed
You died upon the tree
In place of every man
Now we are in your hands
We are in your hands
Whatever you command
We are in your hands

Hands scarred from piercing nails
Hands of sacrifice
Hands of comfort when we fail
Hands that saved our lives
Hands open wide

We are in your hands
We are in your hands
Whatever you command
We are in your hands
Whatever you command
We are in your hands

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will–to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.” Ephesians 1:3-6

“For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. Whoever believer in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.” John 3:34-36
